We get life happens, and we are here for you if it does. While our bands are made from natural latex and designed to last, we acknowledge that they will eventually reach their limit. We care about our customers, so if you aren't satisfied with the product at any point, simply reach out to us and we will take care of you.

Please see our standard warranty policy below:

1. If your purchase was 0-90 days ago. We will refund or replace them no questions asked!

2. If your purchase was 90 days to 1 year ago. We will replace the bands or refund if you return the damaged bands. Alternatively, we can offer a 50% discount to cover the replacement.

3. If your purchase was over a year ago. Simply return the damaged bands and send $4 per item to cover shipping costs. Alternatively, we can offer a 50% discount to cover the replacement.
